Real Idea is looking for a creative artist to join a small team to create exciting and innovative commercials. The individual should have strong traditional foundation in art and be willing to try new things. Successful candidate will participate in concept development and design under the direction of the Director. Skills in modeling, texture, lighting, rigging and rendering are a plus Qualifications: •Strong in 3D animation design
•Traditional drawing and Flash animation skills are a plus
•Knowledge of Photoshop and a 3D application (3dsMax or Maya)
•Knowledge of After Effects and Flash a plus.
•Experience with particles and character studio is a big plus
•Good Creativity
•Diploma, or degree in Computer Animation, Fine Arts or relevant areas
•Good English speaking is not a must but a plus 岗位要求： 高水平的三维动画设计能力
