| 职位职责： |
1、建筑学专业或工民建本科及以上学历；具一级注册建筑师资格优先；
2、具有房地产企业设计管理和设计院设计双重工作经验，叁年以上大中型房地产企业相近职位任职经历；
3、具有较强的管理能力和资源整合能力，熟悉房地产整体开发流程；
4、掌握设计规范标准、法律法规、设计流程，了解工程建设流程、工程概预算知识；
5、对装修、景观专业有一定的认识和理解，从事过相关工作者更佳；
6、沟通协调、组织及计划能力强；
7、能熟练运用AUTOCAD、PHOTOSHOP、3DMAX等工程设计软件. |
