职责：
• 负责游戏平台设计，规划平台的具体定位以及初期、中期和后期的发展规划并提交相关方案
• 规划和设计游戏平台所需的各项功能（注册、充值、游戏登陆等），提供所需的相关业务流程文档和页面设计方案
• 对制作的平台设计草案进行跟进，与各部门进行沟通确认最终方案
• 与项目负责人、技术开发人员就游戏平台的定位、发展计划进行沟通，提供有效建议，并负责跟进平台研发进度
• 平台开始运营后，根据平台战略，以及市场方面的反馈意见，提出基本服务的修正、增补需求
要求：
• 2年以上网络游戏平台或者社区平台 (成功运营过或者成功运营中) 的策划经验
• 至少参与了2款完整的游戏开发
• 休闲游戏行业的开发和中国市场要有深刻的认识
• 对于主要游戏类型的核心价值要有深刻的了解
• 要有很强的组织能力和逻辑思维能力并能够提供适用性强的系统来支持原创思想
• 能够非常好的掌握Microsoft office等软件（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
• 良好的沟通能力
• 对于游戏开发很有热情并且乐于学习新的知识
