工作职责
1、贯彻方针政策、规范、规程和地方标准；
2、主持专业定案；参加综合定案；
3、指导解决设计过程中的重大技术问题及各专业间的配合问题；
4、对设计人员在设计过程中进行必要的指导，及时解答设计人员提出的技术问题；
5、审批设计输出文件；
6、进行本专业设计图纸的审核、审定工作，保证设计质量和设计水平；
7、进行本专业设计成品质量评定；
8、定期进行质量抽查。
9、组织不合格品的评审、制定纠正和预防措施；
10、审查和批准重大的设计方案的修改及处理顾客重大投诉。
11、参与处理施工现场重大技术问题；
12、为客户提供必要的技术服务。
13、接受总师、总工办主任其他工作安排；
14、承担重大项目设计任务。

CCDI was founded in 1994 as a design firm specializing in architecture. Over the past 14 years, the company has grown to include many different types of services beyond just architectural design. Today, the CCDI Group combines multi-disciplinary skills and capabilities to provide integrated project services for urbanization, in a network of 5 regional branches and 15 representative offices across China.
At CCDI, we focus our business scope on city development in three areas: Building, Transportation, and Industry. We assemble professional services in Consultancy, Design, Management and Engineering across these sectors to create successful city environments. Our projects have been recognized by both the public and the consultancy industry, most recently with the design of the “Watercube”, the National Swimming Center and other six sport facilities for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. In the past, we have provided project management services for the Shanghai International Exhibition Center, using our experience to achieve an optimized control of time, cost and quality of the project. At present, our work in the Healthcare industry is helping to raise the quality of Chinese medical facilities to international standards and our Environment and Energy division has begun an ecological preservation effort at Dongli Lake in Tianjin…..
