Tasks and responsibilities • Achievement of area sales targets through, --Direct sales, retail, appropriate execution of global showroom strategy. --Demand generation through projects - work closely with regional/national key account management as necessary. • Effective launch of new and existing product portfolio supported by display and stock commitment. • Effectively use core Grohe sales processes. • Train customers to maximise Grohe advocacy and repeat-purchase.
Requirements • May have degree, possibly quite technically minded and capable of working in a moderately complex selling environment (multi channel, multi product, complex products etc). • May be less educated but with more experience. • Understands the value of brands and knows how to leverage them in the marketplace. • Knowledge of industry or experience of working 3+ years in comparable or related industry.
Competence • Commercially savvy, astute in negotiations. • Capable of understanding national sales and marketing strategies and applying to daily work. • Highly results driven, impeccable integrity and work ethics including an ability to work with moderate supervision. • Good time manager, for example organising sales routing. • Experience of operating using well-developed and articulated business processes. In particular, understands principles of a structured sale/key account call.
