1. Major in Graphic Design or a related field and 2+ years working experience in multi-media / graphic design / Internet company.
2. Excellent skill for design related software i.e. Photoshop, Director, Flash, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, etc.
3. Great graphic design skills
4. Must be a team player
