能力要求：
. 艺术设计相关专业毕业，专科及以上学历，2年以上网站设计经验；
. 精通PHOTOSHOP/FLASH/DREAMWEAVER及矢量图形编辑等相关设计软件；
. 具有较强的创新能力，能独立快速完成高品质设计、可以DIV+CSS页面制作网页；
. 良好的沟通能力和领悟能力，敬业、能够承受大的工作压力。
. 具有大型门户网站设计经验或印刷设计经验丰富者优先；
. 关注业界动态，对UE及SEO与有独到经验和见解者优先。
. 能够适应严格的规范标准。
