| 职位职责： |
带领约电子和结构设计工程师，研究和开发应用于手机，GPS,DPF, UMPC等的中小尺寸的TFT-LCD模组。
1.Lead a design engineer group to create new products to meet customer needs;
2.Coach design engineers to achieve engineering excellence;
3.Release and management of design documentation;
4.Understand and perform department adherence to competency process and procedure;
5.Understand and perform product design to meet project metrics, cost, quality, and delivery;
6.Participate the activities of cross-functional teams;
7.Customer / vendor communication and visits.
Minimum Education:
B.S. in Electrical Engineering, MS degree is preferred.
Experience:
•5+ years of hands on electronic circuit design of LCD modules or systems;
•3+ years of supervising, leading project and managerial experience;
•3+ years hands on experience in rapid prototyping and mass manufacturing environment;
•Fast learning skills in new products and technologies;
•Excellent in English reading, writing, and verbal communication;
•Strong ability to work effectively with internal and external customers;
•Strong ability to lead a design engineer team;
•Good human and communication skills;
