移动设备UI/UX 设计与开发工程师
本公司欲招聘一名具有移动设备UI设计与开发经验的工程师为不同文化背景，不同国家的企业用户和个人用户提供设计服务。须具有iPhone或 Windows Mobile设计和开发经验。
工作职责：
1. 应用以用户为中心的设计流程来创建高质量的用户体验；
2. 理解商务需求并将这些需求转换到详细的站点地图、页面流、故事板和表达规范中；
3. 构建必要的框架、站点地图、图表、进程图、功能列表、视觉规范、互动原型和其他人工产品来描述用户体验；
4. 概念化和实施在线环境的互动设计；
5. 与视觉设计师一道提高并优化产品的视觉设计和一致性；
6. 为导航和内容流程制定逻辑的、一致的策略；
7. 根据用户的操作习惯、风格、任务、目的设定不同的用户角色方案；
8. 作为人机交互/可用性专家为客户提供服务；
9. 为平台进行设计与实施。 职位要求： 1. 有两年与设计商业软件产品界面和用户软件产品界面直接相关的工作经验；
2. 拥有专家级的制图和屏幕布局的技能，能有效地建立高水准的概念地图、导航地图和线框图；
3. 能够提供工作样品，包括用户界面图/线框图、需求分析和规格；
4. 拥有设计旅游网站和/或互动娱乐网站经验者优先。 Mobile UI/UX Designer and Developer
Seeking a mobile user experience designer and developer comfortable with designing both business and consumer services for multi-cultural populations. Experience with iPhone or Windows Mobile design and development necessary.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Applying user-centered design process to create high quality user experiences
• Understanding business requirements and translating them into detailed site maps, page flows, storyboards, and presentation specifications
• Creating wireframes, site maps, schematics, process maps, feature lists, visual specifications, interactive prototypes, and other artifacts as necessary to describe the intended user experience
• Conceptualizing and implementing interaction design concepts for online environments
• Working with visual designers to improve and refine product visual design and consistency
• Defining logical and consistent tactics for navigation and content workflows
• Developing user profiles, with emphasis on interaction preferences, perceptual styles, and task and objective analyses
• Serving as a human factors/usability expert
•Implementing the design for the target platform
Requirements:
• 2 years directly related experience in designing mix of business and consumer software product interfaces for mobile devices
• Expert diagramming and screen layout skills and ability to efficiently create hi-level concept maps, navigation maps and wire frames
• Ability to supply work samples including user interface diagrams/wire frames, requirements, and specifications
• Experience working on travel sites and/or interactive entertainment sites is a plus
