、能吃苦耐劳,了解网站开发的流程,1年以上网页平面设计经验，能够熟练使用工具快速制作网页，并能与程序员合作完成项目；
2.熟练掌握Photoshop、Flash、Dreamweaver等网页设计软件.熟悉HTML及CSS样式表，有相关Flash作品；
3.有较强的色彩搭配能力和良好的美工功底，有设计工作经验优先考虑.
4.具有良好的团队合作的意识和高度的责任心。（需提供个人设计作品）
5、具有较强沟通能力和语言表达能力,能快速理解客户要求；
6、大专以上学历，有成功的设计代表作品，请写明已开发作品网址及工作内容。
