System Engineer-IEC Equipment 工业电器中压产品设计高级工程师
需熟悉中压产品各项技术及标准流程
1.Responsibilities/Job Roles
· Assist IEC Equipment system management in areas of competitive analysis, Quality Function Deployment (QFD's), Design For Six Sigma (DFSS) and reliability scorecards, engineering test procedures (ETP's), technical specifications, functional block diagrams (FBD', FMEA's, SCR and (PCTO) project scoping.
· Communicate with Innovation Team to scope and develop new innovations relative to IEC Equip and Develop IEC Equip system strategic technical direction and document (MGTP's).
· Scope new IEC Equip programs to determine product costs, program resources, product performance, quality, reliability, serviceability and subsystem modularity, etc.
· Develop and maintain IEC Equipment product technical specifications that are consumer focused and apply Six Sigma tools.
· Ownership of IEC Equipment programs technical requirements up to and including T6.
· IEC Equipment audit responsibility on programs and review of T- reviews.
· Own existing IEC Equipment product and post P3 product SCR coverage and ownership of the 6s scorecards.
· Develop IEC Equipment ideas for delivering year over year PCTO targets for product line. Support idea generation LGQ, workouts, etc.
· Integrate PCTO into MGTP/MGPP's, support SII funding requests for PCTO programs and upfront risk assessments on programs and T-review sign-offs.
· Drive T review technical design tasks to completion and responsible during T-reviews.
· Crystal ball analysis, stress and thermal analysis on design features of the program.
2.Qualifications/Requirements
· BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
· 8+ yrs product development experience.
· Demonstrated written and verbal English communication skills.
· Demonstrated project management skills.
· Significant experience leading and integrating work in a global team environment.
· Significant experience in design and/or development test experience and knowledge.
· Demonstrated ability in analysis, testing and problem solving.
· Knowledge of Design for Six Sigma, Design for Reliability and New Product Introduction process.
3. Desired Requirements:
Previous experience with LV Equipment and LV circuit breakers.
· MS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
· Edison Engineering Develop program graduate.
· Previous leadership experience.
· DFSS Six Sigma Greenbelt certified.
2.Design Engineer-IEC Equipment工业电器产品设计工程师
Responsibilities/Job Roles
Support all aspects of IEC Equipment system engineering including competitive analysis, Quality Function Deployment (QFD's), Design For Six Sigma (DFSS) and reliability scorecards, engineering test procedures (ETP's), technical specifications, functional block diagrams (FBD), FMEA's, SCR, and PCTO project scoping.
· Develop MV Equipment product requirements based on product specifications and document correctly.
· Support the system engineer of equipment to determine product costs, product performance, quality, reliability, serviceability, sub-system modularity etc.
· Support to develop and maintain the specs that are consumer focused and Six Sigma driven.
· Support the system engineer in required program review / T-reviews.
· Own all IEC Equipment "C-Change" product programs.
· Retain IEC Equipment product line expertise.
· Support upfront risk assessment on programs and T-review sign-offs.
Qualifications/Requirements
BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
· 3+ yrs product development experience.
· Demonstrated written and verbal English communication skills.
· Demonstrated basic project management skills.
· Significant experience in design and/or development, test experience and knowledge.
· Demonstrated ability in analysis, testing, and problem solving.
· Knowledge of Design for Six Sigma, Design for Reliability, and New Product Introduction process.
Desired Requirements:
· Previous experience with MV switchboard products and MV circuit breakers.
· MS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
· Edison Engineering Develop Program graduate.
· DFSS Six Sigma Greenbelt certified.
3.Lead Technology Program Manager-Low Voltage devices工业电器低压产品技术项目经理
Responsibilities/Job Roles:
Manage the new product introduction project for low-voltage devices , project planning & execution.
Guide and coordinate design and manufacturing activities in Supplier/JV site.
Scope, resource & time driven
Effective communication with internal stake-holders (in English) and external ones
Willing to take business trip on business need
Qualifications/Requirements
Requires BS degree in Engineering or equivalent plus 5 years applicable experience.(Electrical and Mechanical Engineer)
Has a working understanding of low-voltage electrical devices (breaker, contactors, etc.), design, manufacturing, test, quality control, related standard and engineering development practices.
Establishes technical direction and project execution skill through successful project result, from beginning to completion
Fluent in English
Self-driven and proactive
Multinational company (MNC) working experience is preferred。
4.SQE-Industrial 工业电器供应商质量管理经理
QUALIFICATIONS:
* BS Technical Degree(Mechanical Engineering), five(4) years working experience in electrical engineering field;
* Strong background and experience in Supplier Quality Assurance / Quality Control, know how to apply statistical quality control tools for process / product controls, such as SPC, gage R&R, FMEA and DOE;
* Strong background in interpretation of engineering drawings/ specifications and manufacturing process planning/evaluation;
* Good English communication skills (written and verbal), analytical and problem solving skills;
* Travel to and work together with suppliers;
* Self-discipline, self-starter, ability to work in cross-functional team environment; * Experience in electrical power breaker/switchgear is preffered.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Be the quality focal point for supplier activities directed toward process control and quality assurance of sourcing Home Appliances products, work with supplier to establish a structured approach for consistency and adherence to quality procedures and requirements;
* Work closely with various functions of our Consumer & Industrial to conduct Quality Survey, First Piece Inspection Report(FPIR), and Process Capacity audits to suppliers and sub-tier suppliers;
* Aid in supplier approval process - manufacturing, technology, and Environmental Health & Safety(EHS) risk analysis;
* Drive continuous improvement of supplier's quality, cycle time, and delivery performance through the implementation of Six Sigma methodology;
* Work closely with our Consumer & Industrial Sourcing and Technology team to eliminate roadblocks and communication barriers that may hamper quality and delivery requirements.

· Identify and access new suppliers for sourcing opportunities for industrial products throughout Asia
· Drive productivity opportunities with current supplier base to meet deflation target
