Position Description
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Design user interface for web based applications;
Create UI prototypes;
Graphic Design;
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for the overall quality of the self-produced web design and documentation. This includes:
i. Meeting the approved requirements,
ii. Following the design and coding standards,
iii. Solving cross-browser issues,
iv. Learning global industry standards and trends.
2. Responsible for creating UI prototype in conformity to specifications (requirement and design) that satisfy quality standards.
3. Creating samples library for company UI Standards.
4. Collecting information for company UI Dictionary.
5. Participate in front-end architecture and design discussions / trainings / assignments
6. Design poster, flyer and such for Marketing.
7. Status reporting on activities undertaken to team leads or managers.
8. Communicate with customer regarding technical issues
Position Requirements
1) Competencies: Skills, knowledge, & abilities
Functional Competencies:
1. Be able to develop web application by using CSS & XHTML.
2. Know at lease one of the popular JavaScript frameworks.
3. Be able to operate DOM by using JavaScript.
4. Be able to use tools to create both bitmap art and vector art.
5. Know one of server-side scripting languages is a plus.
6. Must be qualified for any three of above competencies!
Interpersonal Competencies:
1) English reading and writing skills.
2) Experience:
1. 1 - 3 years work experience with web development and graphic design
3) Minimum educational level:
Have Art / Computer Science related education background or training background

任职要求：
1) 技能要求：
1. 能够娴熟地使用CSS & XHTML开发用户界面；
2. 了解并使用过至少一种JavaScrtip框架；
3. 能够使用JavaScript操纵DOM，熟悉DOM；
4. 能够熟练制作位图或矢量图；
5. 如果能熟悉一种服务端脚本则优先被考虑；
6. 必须满足以上任意3点；
2) 个人能力及工作经验：
1．熟练使用英文-书面及口语；
2．1-3年网页开发及平面设计经验
3．具有计算机或艺术类相关教育背景 |
