| 职位职责： |
职位概况：协同项目经理为客户提供规范化的室内装修设计及预算方案；参与设计过成中的技术论证和图纸会审工作；配合工程监理做好施工过程的实施跟进。
工作职责：
1. 配合项目经理为客户提供设计咨询及实地勘探原始尺寸；
2. 按客户要求及设计规范协同设计师完成效果图及施工图的制作及后期修改；
3. 会审图纸并协同项目经理完成项目预算；
4. 配合工程监理指导并监控项目的施工过程；
5. 完成公司交办的其他工作。
任职资格：
1. 建筑、室内设计或美术专业大专以上学历；
2. 4年以上室内装饰设计及项目跟进经验；
3. 能够较好把握各种设计风格和流派，熟练使用CAD, photopshop, 3dmax等计算机设计软件；
4. 熟悉室内装饰行业施工工艺流程及室内设计规范，熟悉工程材料、预算，能独立完成整套设计图纸者优先考虑；
5. 具有丰富的施工现场经验，并能很好的和客户沟通；
6. 踏实勤奋，善于沟通，有较强的工作责任心和自律精神。
