作内容：
Working as part of a project development team, you will be responsible for setting the design direction for shopping mall refurbishment and development projects as well as critique and review of design proposals by consultants.
作为项目部的一员，须负责制定购物中心的设计方向，同时负责审查设计顾问的设计图纸
Liaising with the appointed design consultants, you will be involved in all stages of projects such as concept design, schematic design, design development, detail design and construction, review of mock-ups and shop drawings.
负责与指定的设计顾问沟通，参与工程的全部阶段，包括概念设计，效果图，深化设计，细节及结构设计，审查样板间和店铺设计图
Other responsibilities include undertaking preliminary feasibility studies to assess development potential of new projects or acquisitions and undertaking simple in-house design projects.
其他责任包括，对新项目发展潜力的初步可行性研究及简单的室内设计项目
Requirements:
职位要求
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognised university
国家承认大学的建筑学学士学位
Between 6-8 years’ relevant working experience, preferably with some exposure in retail and shopping mall projects
6-8年的相关工作经验，最好有商业或购物中心的工程经验
Good understanding of design, detailing, regulations and the project implementation process is essential
熟悉设计，细节，规范及施工的各个阶段
Overseas work experience would be an advantage
有海外工作经验优先
Able to travel or be stationed overseas
能够出差或在海外任职
A flair for design and self-motivation to achieve good design solutions in our development projects
具备良好的设计才能及完成优秀设计方案的动力
Eye for good design and a keen interest in details as well as the big picture when it comes to translating ideas into built form
在把设计概念转化为建筑形式的过程中具备能够分辨优秀设计的眼光及对细节的追求
Good team player who can collaborate with colleagues from different departments to achieve shared objectives for the projects
具备良好的团队合作意识
Good interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with consultants and professional peers in reviewing, directing and critiquing their design proposals to achieve project goals
具备 良好的沟通技巧，能够有效的和顾问沟通，审查顾问的设计，共同达成目标
