2008年的汶川大地震已经过去，四川灾区现在正处于灾后重建阶段。据中国公益慈善总会与世界物流发展促进组织的统计，上海的众多物流企业已为公益慈善事业发展做出了巨大贡献，大家在灾难发生后的第一时间都伸出了援助之手，但四川灾区同胞更需要我们长期的关怀，除了在经济上的资助，精神上的支持和事业发展规划上的帮助也迫在眉睫。
我们棋硕人才服务中心在人才推荐过程中，遇到一些来自四川灾区的求职者，他们中很大一部分都是大专以上学历，英文良好，为人诚恳、努力、坚韧、乐观，我们在为他们的不幸遭遇感到同情的同时，更加为他们寻找工作的热情所感染，经公司慎重研究，决定为四川灾区同胞们提供免费的求职就业推荐服务。
